The safety and security of our customers and team is, as always, our priority and we have been working hard to ensure all our sites are able to operate again in line with government guidance; so things might look and feel a bit different in our sites. As our sites are as unique as our people, we will be staggering the opening of restaurants to ensure that we are able to fully train the staff and minimise the risk. In order to achieve this we will have, in addition to our Health and Safety and Food Standard guidelines, introduced many new processes both in the restaurant and back of house areas. This requires the help of our staff and customers alike to ensure we keep everyone safe while still giving the best possible experience.
For all our customers and staff
In line with government guidelines we will only be taking bookings of up to two households, this means the maximum number for online bookings is 6. If you have a larger family, please call ahead to make the booking.
We will be giving clear instruction within the site of what is expected when moving around the restaurant for your safety and that of the staff.
There will be hand sanitiser provided at all areas we feel there is a risk of transmission, we thank you in advance for using this.
As well as our normal daily hygiene, we will also be increasing cleaning practises within the restaurant including hand washing at regular intervals.
Some tables will not be in use to allow us to keep social distance measures in place.
Our opening hours will be reduced to begin with to allow the teams to work in bubbles and our menu will also have a few changes to keep the kitchen teams safe and distanced.
The menu will be available online, allowing you to order in advance if desired and in site they will be disposable single-use paper.
The company will only be taking contactless payments and the machines will be sanitised after every use.
We are reducing the number of people working within the restaurant to make sure they can stay socially distanced.
All of these measures will be reviewed on a regular basis in line with the government guidelines and all relevant industry advice. Before reopening, all sites we will be conducting a deep cleaned, staff will be retrained on existing measures and the new COVID 19 safety measures.
